It was an ok stay. The message parlour was a huge letdown- we waited so long for them to arrive that we ended up spending the whole night waiting.

酒店位置在新區，但周圍餐廳眾多，用餐十分方便，酒店房間和衛生間的面積都比較大，房間暖氣充足，酒店服務員態度很好，就是早餐比較簡單，還不錯

一個一個説哈 首先説明我預訂三天價格差不多一天700左右 各個方面達不到標準吧衹能説 設施：1、預訂三天換了三個房間 每個房間温度不一 沒有標準 第一個房間需要在房間穿稍微厚一點的外套才可以 當天晚上一再要求下才換了房間 一開始説沒有房間空的 給了一個電暖器還是壞的 一再要求下才換房間 第二個房間温度正常 但是不是跟預訂房間一樣的房型 裝修比正常預訂房間相對簡單 第三個房間太熱 熱的睡不着 三十多度晚上衹能開個窗户縫 打電話給前台説衹能第二天白天給調整 所以開了一點點窗户縫 第二天起來頭疼的不行 總的來説到哈爾濱三天 千里迢迢去的 一天也沒睡好 都下午才出門 。2 環境：有壞的設施 第二間房間的洗手池直接是掉下去的。3衞生 ：牆上有不滿液體的痕跡 第二間房間一打開被子有頭髮 晚上航班到的 換了房間以後再叫打掃換房間 半夜搞的三四點才完事 第三間房 被子底下沒有頭髮 但床單底下有 在褥子上面 不知道是怎樣的衞生標準。 4服務 ：！！！！！最差最差最差最差的就是服務 半夜入住的酒店 應該是十二點左右到的 當天值班的工作人員 一個女孩 絲毫不像是酒店的從業人員 解決不了問題 且態度消極 具體的不再説了 非常讓人生氣 一個酒店的人員 方方面面不把客人放第一位 把自己放第一位 態度極差 讓她態度好一點反問客人 “怎麼態度不好了” 還説沒有培訓過 不怪她的意思唄那就是？
這個酒店不知道現在是什麼價格原來是什麼價格 就算是青年旅店也沒有這麼差的服務人員吧 房間有問題換房間難道是我們客人的問題？還甩臉子 不可置信 到半夜還在換房間是我們希望的？反正後麪也沒有提出什麼類似升級房間啊之類的措施吧
總的來説 差評的百分之95原因都在於這個服務 太差 太差了 去很多地方玩過 也沒有這樣寫過差評
我們飛到哈爾濱為了玩幾天 因為酒店的問題 一天都沒休息好 遊玩時間大大減少

設施：酒店環境老舊，非常破
衞生：非常臟！馬桶上面有尿漬！讓人來打掃，就用紙擦了兩遍就走了，真讓人無語。給我換了一個房間，房間的浴衣袖口有女士香水味，另一件浴衣是男的汗臭味。腦補一下都非常噁心。這種打掃方式，我都懷疑他們會不會換床單。
服務：剛到酒店門口，台階上有冰，非常滑，我直接人摔倒了。四個酒店的大老爺們站門口看着，沒一個人扶我一下，幫我拉一下行李。就在那看着。我真服了，這是四星酒店的服務嗎
酒店太差了！連人家200塊連鎖經濟酒店都不如！500塊錢上你們這受罪！太噁心了！希望不要有其他人上當受騙！

住了上百家酒店，第一次寫差評，體驗感非常差，中午的時候睡覺被隔壁各種噪聲多次吵醒，浴室噴頭安放的位置也很奇怪，洗澡的時候特別不舒服，最無語的是2點退房直接扣了我半天按金，還不如去住那種連鎖酒店了😅
