為啥要選這個民宿呢，因為自己原因必須要住在這附近，看了附近真沒啥好酒店，都是如家和頤這樣檔次的幾個店，評價很多都是隔音很差，這點很難接受，所以選了這家。沒想到真的對了，民宿居民區裏面的16層，很安靜。
店家不提供早餐，小區門口是個粥鋪，早餐種類很豐富
這次沒開車，小區好像也不方便停車，是否對自駕友好這點沒啥發言權
房內設施整體都很好。電熱水器所以熱水稍小這個能理解。唯一不是很滿意想吐槽的，就是枕頭很奇葩，提供了兩種枕頭居然都很奇葩，一個是記憶枕，這個沒睡過這樣枕頭的人一般受不了，而且真的有點臟，另外一個居然是個仿皮革的材質面料做的枕頭，也沒枕套，這種皮質材料和每個人的頭接觸一晚上，再給下一個人用？難道這不是枕頭而是抱枕？反正沒敢用這個。因為這記憶枕一晚上沒睡太好。真的不習慣。建議店家提供個正常枕頭。
店家人很熱情，主動加了微信，所有環節都有指導。
這個民宿比周圍如傢什麼的強太多，還便宜很多，非常值得推薦。

非常滿意，原本以為這價格不會太好，但是孩子看好了就來試試，結果真的出乎意料，最主要是很乾凈。下次再來哈爾濱還會來的。
