環境：大堂和其他文華酒店一樣 很氣派
設施：設施維護的還可以 但是沒有全屋智能

酒店大堂的俄式風格非常大氣豪華，從一進門就有工作人員和我打招呼非常熱情，前台工作人員辦理入住非常快超級有禮貌，前台幫我把外賣加熱並且送到了房間，知道是兩位用餐貼心的幫我送了一把椅子在房間太暖心啦。

節後送孩子來哈爾濱上學，順便錯峯出遊，選擇了松北這家萬達文華酒店，前台服務態度好，給安排的房間很舒適，還做了升級 早餐種類豐富，酒店環境好，位置優越，交通便利，附近有商場，酒店大堂非常漂亮，推薦入住這家酒店。五星好評。

衞生間鏡面框架還留有牙膏污漬，服務員打掃不夠仔細。衞生間玻璃門沒有阻尼器，關門聲音很大。早餐一般，沒有本地特色食品，都是酒店常規食物而且味道一般。兩台咖啡機不夠用，經常排隊，還輪流故障。優點是旁邊就是銀河水世界可以洗浴搓澡，離融創茂商場很近。

酒店的體驗非常好，，大堂裝修有質感，很適合拍照，禮賓工作人員友好，前台接待很熱情服務很好床品睡的很舒服，離融創茂很近挺方便，三樓有健身房和泳池，健身房 24小時的，很推薦，下次入住還會選擇這家酒店。
