首先預訂的大床房到那兒沒有房間，讓我加錢住別的，我不同意就給我盡頭的房間，進門之前老闆還敲敲門，我説我不住我害怕，她説沒事，她自己都知道敲門是什麼意思，還讓我住，後來在我百般拒絕下給我換房了，一進屋一股説不上來的味兒，衞生間手紙是不知道被什麼東西弄濕然後晾乾的，擺在那讓客人用，屋裡潮了吧唧，我是凌晨入住的，我就想好好休息，第二天十點多她敲我門，給我弄醒，我問有什麼事嗎，她説沒事，以為我走了，我房卡都沒給她，門也鎖着，怎麼就能以為我走了，怕不是趕人走呢吧，住過店的都知道，正常都是12點退房，難道我連個好覺都不能睡了嗎？無語

住房衞生不錯，設施安全，倆床舒服，衞生間還行，環境不錯，服務態度好，讓人住着安心，睡覺還蠻舒服，住房衞生很好

滿意點：價格確實很便宜，適合學生黨窮遊，離伏爾加莊園7分鐘車程，衞生間很乾凈，洗澡水很大，冬天洗澡很舒服，房間是地暖，晚上睡覺比較安靜。外面是個類似市集的地方，有吃飯的地兒。不滿意：平台寫的是有窗房間，實際拿到房是無窗房間，有點悶熱，而且説是親子房，實際房間很窄，三個人在加點行李，連走路的地方都沒有，沒有掛鈎，冬天3人進房間一脱衣服，就把桌子堆滿樂，小桌子能放東西的地方很有限。而且地點很偏，到酒店還要走一段路，門前有段很滑的路，坑坑窪窪的。長者路上還摔了一跤。特別提醒：不提供礦泉水，如果自己不帶水的話，酒店裝的自來水煮的水帶鹹味。

服務熱情，酒店有洗衣機跟烘乾機，還有健身房，洗衣液什麼都是提供的，服務也不錯。，尤其前台接待不錯，下次還要入住
