房間挺滿意，乾淨且熱水也足。早餐種類不多但能吃飽。停車場太小且很難找。保安人不錯，幫忙想辦法停車。對面就是火車站，下樓就能坐地鐵或進站，很方便。

房間很老舊，就不多説了。畢竟在火車站附近，地點蠻好的，年代比較久遠，房間老一點能接受，但我要講的是服務態度。
這家酒店可以説是要什麼沒什麼，首先，他的枕頭相當的薄，想多要一個，店家找了不找就説沒有。
後來我還跟攜程投訴。
咱倆就是樓下保安，半夜。的時候都在打瞌睡，然後又把手機開的很大聲。我又找了些人去投訴，後來那個保安把聲音關小了，但是還罵罵咧咧的説，怎麼有人多管閑事...

My recent stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, always greeting me with a smile and offering assistance. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean, with all the modern amenities I could ask for.
One of the highlights was the hotel’s attention to detail—whether it was the plush bedding, the quality toiletries, or the complimentary coffee in the room, everything was thoughtfully provided for maximum comfort. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and coming back to such a peaceful and inviting space at the end of each day was perfect.
The on-site restaurant was excellent, offering a variety of delicious meals and a lovely atmosphere. Whether I was enjoying a relaxing morning breakfast or an evening drink at the bar, the service was always impeccable.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, making my stay both enjoyable and memorable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale experience!

Bare bones hotel. Only upside is that it is located right opposite the station so we just stayed for a night to ensure that we could catch our morning train. Beds and toilet isn't particularly clean and very old facilities. Heater was working in the winter. Supermarket right downstairs; Mcdonalds and a few other eateries nearby. Will not recommend unless your budget is really tight, otherwise there are better options for a slightly higher price. Photo is of the train station opposite, accessible only through underpass as the road cannot be crossed

Pro:
Location is super convenient, right in front of the Harbin railway station.
Spacious space, we can open two big luggage at the same time
Con:
We booked non-smoking room for 4 nights but you could smell cigarettes smoke all the time! Especially, the bathroom that the smell is very strong.
Bathroom drainage is very poor! and there is no wet-dry separation...be careful when you have shower otherwise everything will be wet.
The bed sheets were never changed for 4 days, the maid only throw the trashcan and refill water bottles.
There is no soundproof at all. When people walked and talked in the corridor you would hear them as if they are next to you. We were unlucky on the 3rd night there were kids ran around the floor from 10pm to 2am and people were having quarrel.
If you can accept all the cons, then you are welcome to stay here but no next time for me.

Our group of 10 found location very convenient. But their policy of no storing of luggage made it inconvenient for us as we were returning to the hotel again after going to Mohe and Heihe.

I stayed in this so call hotel on 13 Feb 2025. Honestly speaking, it is not a full hotel but rather an old 80s hotel in a commercial building. Everything is really old. The only plus point is the location which is very near the Harbin station and lots of eatery in the vicinity. There are many hotels that are way better than this
