服務：找客服要退錢時候就裝死看不見 收錢特別快 還陰陽顧客 陰陽怪氣給誰看呢 擺出一副高高在上的姿態 無語 臟亂差還不讓我反饋了 前一天提出要換房間 就拖到最後一天 知道自己家房子賣不出去 真會做生意 還故意扣按金

環境比較差吧，
花灑是壞的，出水量特別小，浴巾感覺用了很久很久的樣子，而且衹有一張，
床單被罩上面還有一些使用痕跡和毛髮殘留，估計不是一用一換
還有就是水和紙巾都需要花錢
