住宿比較方便，老闆家裡衞生很乾凈，尤其地點離哪裡都很方便，去了3天住了兩夜，感覺離哪裡都很方便，出門左走50就是中央大街，右走延線步行上游街再行走15-20分鐘就是紅磚早市，住宿後邊馬路走15分鐘就是松花江江邊，坐松花江索道去太陽宮也就步行，20分鐘左右，住宿很安靜吶！尤其屋子通風很好，就是正常住宅！話不多説，上圖

住了兩天，説説我的感受吧：
優點：
1.哈爾濱站打車過來12—14元左右，中央大街正中間
2.下樓左轉幾分鐘路程到中央大街，兆麟公園，右轉幾分鐘路程就到紅專早市，打車10元到哈爾濱博物館，步行20分鐘到索菲亞教堂，去哪裡都方便。樓下燒烤很不錯，羊肉串2塊一串，便宜
3.房間寬敞，乾淨衞生
4.被子沒有異味，乾燥
5.三個房間都配置空調，客廳有按摩椅，老年人累了按摩一下解乏，有投影，麻將也有
6.牙刷，洗頭，洗澡都配備有，但沒有使用
7.房東小夥人不錯，很會溝通，微信回覆及時
缺點：
1.衞生間水槽流水較慢
2.晚間睡覺樓下稍微聲音有點大，關上隔門就聽不見了，不是太大問題
總體來説：一次不錯的入住體驗，建議大家入住，下次來還定這一家

房間很寬敞，屋子很暖和，每間屋子還配了電暖氣，很貼心。還有遊戲機，麻將機和按摩椅！位置非常便利，方便打車，離中央大街也很近。訂外賣也很方便！房間乾淨整潔，就是有一個小小的建議，如果一次性牙刷質量再好一丟丟就更完美了！

民宿老闆態度超好，之前打算訂的房子不適合我們居住，妥善安排適合的房間，家人住的很滿意。樓下就是中央大街，交通和購物都很方便，每天都能去中央大街逛吃。老闆人很好，回覆及時，推薦的美食沒有踩雷的，總之很好。也許是出行高峯，衞生狀況有待改善。
