We travelled in China for 2 months and this is the worst hotel we have stayed in. Period. One male and female staff is extremely rude when asked to check to retrieve our parcel that has been shipped to the hotel.
The male staff even shouted at us for finding our parcel at their supposed office opposite the storage room. How are guests suppose to know it’s their office given there’s no signage at all. At least they should tell their guest in a polite manner and should not have shown their bad attitude in front of them. This is a “4 stars” hotel and both the service and the amenities is really poor. 2-3 stars hotel such as Hanting and All Seasons have much better service and amenities. We should have researched more before booking this place and we will never return again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HJJlLAN hotel is located about 5km near central street and Sophia Church.
You can take a taxi from the hotel. Taxi is cheap in China.
You can park your vehicle at the front if you drive.
The hotel was clean and neat. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast was good with pretty decent number of local dishes
The hotel has not cafe or 24hr room services.
I will give 4.2/5 stars for their cleanliness

The room was so clean, and the services provided were amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I'd recommend adding breakfast, there were a lot of options, and it was delicious!

Saw the beautiful sunrise 🌅 I like this kind of room, but it's too hot, you can open the window. The service attitude is good and can provide help in time. There is also a small robot to deliver food. Like 👍🏻
