The room was small and dirty, there were no toiletries, the door was not locked, and the car was damaged during check-out. The store manager even confidently said that he didn't care about it.

The actual room did not match the information on Ctrip. I ordered a 1.8-meter bed with a window. When it arrived, I was told there was no one. I was given a room with a 1.5-meter bed and no windows. The experience was very poor and the environment was not good.
