交通非常方便，距離哈爾濱理工地鐵站很近，出行安全，周邊小吃也很多，環境很好，前台老闆很熱情。。。。。

設施：好 衞生：好 環境：也不錯

위치는 1호선 역세권이라서 좋고, 앞에 편의점 등 식당들도 많아서 밥 먹을 곳도 많습니다. 프론트 데스크 담당자 두 명중에 마르신 분이 유머스럽고 재미있으십니다. 또한 외국인인 저를 잘 대해 주셨습니다. 덕분에 재미있게 호텔 투숙을 하였습니다. 소통도 번역기로 하면 충분했기 때문에 소통에도 별 문제점은 없었습니다. 단 한가지 단점은 뜨거운물이 나올때까지 샤워기를 몇 분 틀어놔야 뜨거운물이 나온다는 것이 약간 단점입니다. 이 것 말고는 만족하며 지내습니다. 다음에 또 하얼빈에 오게되면 이 곳에서 묵고 싶습니다.
