I stayed here with my mom for one night, and we truly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is in a perfect location right on Central Street and just a short walk from Sofia Church. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer.
Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. A special thank you to Air, she was incredibly kind and attentive during breakfast, and her warm attitude made our morning even better.
Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Harbin. We would love to come back!

第一天到哈爾濱旅遊入住，酒店員工很熱心和細心，幫我升級了房間，超級滿意。最後3天我也是從亞布力回來繼續住這家酒店，哈布斯安排了一間房間，超級滿意但是因為窗口方向，酒店窗口完全沒有寒風吹進來，來自新加坡的我特別怕熱，在家每天都開空調，所以覺得太悶熱了，打給前台，他們由於沒其他房間可以給我換，所以送了風扇上來，解決了燃眉之急，但是還是不太涼。最後兩天酒店員工又很熱情幫我們換去有冷風的房間了，真的太滿意了，他們都盡力幫我們解決問題，老婆孩子們都很滿意。不愧是哈爾濱性價比最高的酒店。

酒店的位置特別好，地鐵3號線友誼宮站，出站馬路對面就到了。去中央大街，松花江邊都很近，房間裏也能看到江景。
前台的禮賓很有禮貌，每次看到進出都會打招呼，提醒讓小盆友帽子圍巾穿戴好再出門。
用早餐時碰到的黃主管也很有禮貌，每天都會給小盆友送不一樣圖案的3D打印酸奶，小盆友很開心。
