This rooms need a little bit refreshment. Everything inside is very old and smells coming out of toilet.

這麼火的哈爾濱這個價格還可以啦，就在地鐵站附近，去冰雪大世界二十分鐘，去火車站和中央大街也很近，附近走幾百米有很多吃飯的地方 而且離鬧市區有距離所以價格合理

設施：雖然有點舊，但還是挺乾淨
周邊：走幾分鐘就到地鐵🚇工人文化宮站另一邊走幾步近果戈裏大街有一個地下的菜市 場裏面東西很全，周圍吃飯也很方便出門沒幾步就有一個川菜味道不錯，路對面有個餃子館也不錯，主要位置很好打車，剛好在雨陽街革新街交匯處。畢竟對於冬季的哈爾濱這個大眾房價還要啥自行車，乾淨，安全，衞生，位置綜合評價算是挺好的。（個人評價僅供參考）
服務：前台小姐姐很温柔熱情有禮貌，耐心解答諮詢的問題，今年哈爾濱這麼火爆的情況下，這個價位的房子裏性價比還是可以的，價格是挺優惠的。離中央大街、索菲亞教堂、兆麟公園打車十幾塊錢。去731坐一號線一站地倒三號線終點（新疆大街）就到了很方便。
室內温度：有的評論説室內温度冷，在北方應該是剛好，穿睡裙肯定是冷了，但春秋睡衣應該是剛好的，如果屋子裡太熱，提前穿好衣服走到酒店大門就一身汗了，出去温差太大就很容易感冒，我就因為坐火車車廂温度太高外面温差大感冒了，影響了遊玩。
設施：基本洗漱用品都有，沒有吹風機，有需要的要自己帶。隔音不太好，走廊孩子喊叫跑跳都很清楚。

酒店很乾凈，環境也可以，就是價格浮動較大，我特意提前一週訂的房，入住後臨近日期的房價就降了50，這個多少心裏不太平衡，另外設施比較陳舊，酒店年頭有些老了。地理位置很好，離地鐵站非常近，出行很方便，樓下也有能停車的位置，有沒有車位看運氣，我們運氣比較好去的時候有停車位。總之體驗還不錯。

還可以，倒是説説缺點，首先雙人房衹有一個充電插口，可以試着加個插排之類的，其次牙刷等放在廁所鏡子後，比較難找，再有沒有吹風機得去前台要。其次屋有些陰冷潮，貌似是房子在陰面的原因。除此之外挺不錯。

圖三：第一次碰見這種門卡 幾塊錢成本一張的門卡 換一張好麼 在朋友面前都不好意思拿出來 旅店/招待所 都不是這樣的吧
圖四：錯位的馬桶蓋設計？一個馬桶蓋限位器也就十多塊錢 換一個好麼
圖五：床頭嚴重破損
圖六：必必必嚴重吐槽！上一個住户拆開的牙刷！把牙膏用了 牙刷沒用放回了原處，放到打掃衞生不能認真點？很厭惡人的！
還有！熱水器衹要用了熱水器就自動斷電！50升的熱水器 水温55度 兩個人等第二個人沖澡的時候就很涼！ 就因為熱水器衹要出水就自動斷電！
