去年來住過幾天，是一對爺爺婆婆在經營，他們人好好，很温馨，體驗感非常好。所以今年不遠萬里又來了。但是今年不是他們在經營了，體驗感不太好👎。1，如果是很怕冷的人，不建議住這裏。房間温度不高，穿短袖長袖是不行的，要穿厚衣服。如果是靠窗的床，很冷，晚上不能睡，會感覺有風吹進來。2，房間衹有床對面的桌子下面有兩個插座，其他地方沒有。3，服務態度不好。兩年的體驗。商家也不用來反駁我了，一律反彈。

首先我對於環境差不差的問題就不發表評價了。我是感覺我的智商受到了侮辱才寫下如下內容。1.美式大床房，這五個字除了房，其他都沒體現出來。2.空調如圖什麼叫有空調，不給用。3.如圖起初我以為電視空調二選一，實際是我想多了？一個能用的都沒。4.充電插座如圖，什麼叫設計，這就叫設計。床高剛好卡住一半，床和衞生間可謂嚴絲合縫。一點挪不動。想充電請下床。5.隔音什麼的就不説了，房間窗户對面是垃圾堆啊還是什麼的，大早上5點咱們工人就庫庫卸貨。總之一個6字了得。

江北大學城附近，位置有點偏勝在價格便宜，老闆真的很熱情，熱心腸 非常滿意 去冰雪大世界方便。衹有5站地鐵，反方向坐車地鐵人也不多，在附近吃東西也不用排隊
