Very amazing and welcoming staff, they helped us install the Chinese apps, they also helped us order outside food and other items, they have a sweet, cute robot, the hotel is clean and very visually pleasing, I highly recommend it.

I always stay here on business trips. I like the style of this hotel and the drip coffee. The environment and hygiene are good. The rooms are a bit small, though, and the ones facing the train tracks are a bit noisy.

The hotel is in a good location, but the hygiene is very poor. There are hairs on the bathroom wall, dust on the bedside table, and piles of dust on the ground. It makes my stay uneasy. Equipment and facilities are old. The shower water pressure is very good and deserves praise
