They are really nice people but the room looks different from the one I booked online.

We just arrived in Harbin from our long haul flight and I booked this place when I was in guangzhou. I thought it was very clean same as the picture posted on this platform. When we arrived I'm a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room there are shoe marks on the wall and there are things inside the cabinet and one of the side table are placed on the small kitchenette.

Just like the picture, the room is quite big and has a dressing table. The boss lady is also very nice. There are many supermarkets downstairs, which is very convenient.
