門鎖不好使，幾下打不開；
衞生當天住完第二天沒人收拾，房間有黴味；
空調遙控器，電視機遙控器都沒有；

住的房間花灑都是壞的，到處噴水，前一天晚上答應第二天給我們換房間，結果第二天去溝通的時候又告知房間滿了，換不了，要住衹能繼續住昨天那個房間。服務態度就是一直敷衍。總體來説體驗感不好。
