設施：跟老舊，上世紀九十年代的房子，暖氣片如圖，不太熱，房間很冷，半夜差點凍死，在房間內要穿毛衣。衞生間太小了，馬桶緊挨着淋浴間，如圖。
衞生：比較乾淨，床底下也沒有灰塵。
環境：唯一的優點是位置離巴洛克風情街很近，走路能到，在春節旺季400元一間相對中央大街便宜一些，離中央大街也不太遠，大約2公里。
服務：早餐很普通，湊合吃飽還行，油條豆漿小鹹菜。

位置好找，就在中華巴洛克旁邊。去主要景區都還比較方便，周圍配套設施很全，買東西也方便。房間重新裝修過不久，各種設施都還比較新，比較乾淨，總體來説性價比還不錯，推薦程度還挺高的。

Отель ужасный!!! Хорошие номера только на 10 этаже.номера на остальных этажах ужасные!!! Номера прокурены! Завтрак в отеле отвратительный. Кофе нет. Чая нет. Мы даже не стали есть ни разу. Ездили в KFS.
