I love the hotel so much, very accessible, near to Zhongyang Street. the staff service is excellent!!! her English level is very good. the room is very clean too. what impressed me so much is good service from hotel staff. Highly recommended for any types of travellers.

The accommodation is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Friendship Palace Hotel metro station. The entrance is through a restaurant, which is very easy to find. The host speaks English well and was incredibly helpful with everything we needed.
We had to check out at 5 AM, and there were no staff available at that hour, but the host went out of their way to assist us and even provided great recommendations for places to visit. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality! [ P.S. It’s a pity that I forgot to take pictures of the room, but I did capture a photo of the metro station right across from the accommodation.]

Very good location. Close to Zhongyang street and 10 minutes walk to Hong zhuan morning market.
Staff here are young people, they can speak some English and we sometimes use translator to chat with them. They were very helpful and enthusiastic.
Wifi here also was fast in a lobby and also in the room.
Airport drop off and pick up was also good.
The room is small though but it's okay when compare with the price and location during peak period (winter season).

love the location.. very near to subway (palace hotel station) also near to zhongyang street, starlin psrk. the staff verg nice to us... help us book airport transfer, give any information we need.. they also have washing machine if u want to wash your cloth.. use it for free! thank you.. we will.come here again!
if you're to lazy to go out, u can order food send to your room..! love this place!

The main plus point about this hotel is its location. Many restaurants, a morning market, metro station and the
Song Hua River side are near-by, within walking distance. Thank you.

This second review I stay another 3 nights at this hotel.I went to the The Snow Town for 2 nights.When I came back to this hotel and saw Vivian and her staff it was so nice. Is like coming back home. I really can’t fault this hotel.Well done. Keep up the amazing hospitality.
