I had a wonderful stay at the Rezen Dong Hotel Harbin Ice & Snow World. The facilities were excellent, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the location ideal.
But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service from the staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel right at home, even in the middle of winter!
Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and nice place to stay. The room is very spacious and cozy.
Was a bit disappointed by the breakfast, we came half an hour before the end and there was not much left, the food was cold, and there was no coffee or tea available.
Still recommend this hotel 👍🏻

作為連鎖酒店，不知道為什麼服務參差不齊！如果退房時是昨天辦理入住的工作人員我想服務一定會是五分！也不會把入住酒店所發生的事情與大家分享！
首先酒店位置好，對自駕比較友好。
其次昨晚辦理入住時的工作人員態度及處理問題的速度真的特別好！入住酒店時幫忙升級了房型，但是進去後有些許自己無法接受的異味於是聯繫工作人員，前台工作人員第一時間讓同事幫我們逐一挑選了一個沒有味道的房間。入住大概10來分鐘準備換拖鞋發現地面清理的不太好，於是告知了酒店，酒店前台工作人員又第一時間來到我們房間進行檢查並道歉（還給我們帶了衹小企鵝伴手禮）並且又幫我們升級了房間，到這我覺着酒店的服務態度至少是我們所經歷的工作人員服務絕對滿分，一切瑕疵都不是問題！換了房間後房間內沒有一次性拖鞋聯繫酒店後也第一時間讓機器人幫我們補送過來，半夜想沖個澡休息，發現兩條毛巾中有一條（如圖所示）略帶歲月蹉跎的痕跡，我又聯繫了前台小哥（到這裏我已經非常不好意思了，覺着自己不用就可以了 因為自己帶了一次性浴巾毛巾），但是又想到明天查房很可能會成為一個誤會於是就直接告訴了酒店。小哥也提出第一時間給我們送毛巾並彙報領導相關事宜，我覺得太晚了還麻煩就沒用。另外一點要説明的，酒店淋浴間沒有頂噴衹有手持花灑，而我住的房間恰巧手持花灑的限位器壞了，洗澡衹能自己手持花灑沖澡。想着小哥的辛苦付出也沒有過多計較，畢竟他在我心中絕對的滿分💯，一直到今天退房，房卡交由已換班的工作人員手中，工作人員面無表情的告知“可以走了”，一瞬間的情緒直接到達頂峯😭住酒店可能更多的是需要一個舒適的入住體驗，我們在入住後換了三間房（並非本人原因），酒店是第一時間處理但是不應該有始有終嗎？難道一句“女士，慢走”都説不出口？服務形成了鮮明對比！讓我覺着，走了就要在來了的感覺！不得不讓我覺着有些時候不應該為別人的錯誤買單！昨天入住時的服務絕對五分，到今天離開酒店時候一分我都不能給！酒店衞生屬實有待提高！
