I had a wonderful stay at the Harbin Aoluguya Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended to everyone out there looking for hotel in Harbin

在敖麓谷雅入住，感受到了爾濱人民對於小土豆們的熱情。酒店距離機場還蠻近的，一路順暢不堵車，到中央大街25分鐘左右，位置在江北，非常適合度假，有種鬧中取靜的感覺。房間衞生很不錯，客房大姐們也都很熱情，前台辦理的迅速便捷，介紹的也很好，還給遊客發旅遊地圖，酒店泳池的環境特別好，安靜愜意，一次完美的爾濱之旅。

這次入住體驗非常棒！酒店位置優越，步行幾分鐘就到附近的商圈，出行購物都超方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果很好，晚上特別安靜。浴室乾濕分離，熱水充足穩定。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，還主動介紹了周邊景點和早餐時間。早餐種類豐富，中西結合，新鮮美味，時間友好。酒店整體設計簡約大氣很有特點，公共區域乾淨明亮，每一處都散發著高級的氣息，還提供免費瓶裝水和行李寄存服務。中國首家森林文化主題酒店非常值得入住，下次來還會選擇這家！

設計感滿滿的一家酒店，空中大堂，風景好極了，整體樓層很高，有種一覽眾山小的感覺，非常適合度假，早餐居然開到下午一點，簡直太驚喜了！免費夜宵也很貼心。酒店的工作人員都十分熱情，前廳和客房都是響應迅速，有求必應。位置優越，距離要去玩的地方都很近，距離機場也是半個多小時的車程，出行方便。客房空間也很大，温度舒適，衞生也很不錯，總之一次滿意的入住體驗，推薦入住。

酒店位於松北新區，靠近融創茂、融創樂園、銀河水世界等商圈與景點，地理位置便利，周邊餐飲、購物、娛樂資源豐富，是親子出遊和度假遊客的理想選擇。大堂位於42樓空中大堂 寬敞明亮、氣派豪華。房間及公共區域每處都非常清新怡人，房間很寬敞明亮 ，每一處細節都可以感受到酒店獨特的文化魅力，住店的同時更多瞭解鄂温克民族文化。早餐開放到下午一點時間特別友好晚上還有免費宵夜，味道都很好。酒店工作人員都很熱情友好，每一位都是鄂温克文化的傳播者，有問題問到都會熱情解答。整體環境雅緻，彰顯高端酒店的品質。

第一次入住AOLUGUYA真的非常開心，非常滿意。感到了酒店獨特的迷人魅力，瞭解到鄂温克民族更多的故事，撮羅子作為鄂温克人詩意的棲居，給我一種自然之家的感覺，讓我在這陌生的城市裡有一種家外之家的感覺。自然和森林元素的結合使得客房更加温馨優雅。在這兩天一晚的入住中我感到充滿故事的獨特空間，締造精彩雋永的難忘時刻。酒店的早餐開放到下午一點真的很棒，給住客提供了更多的選擇。敖麓谷雅的少數民族特色為酒店業提供了一個差異化的國際高端品牌，給大家帶來了舒適愉悦的入住感受。

早餐超級不錯 開到下午一點 這點對客人真的很友好 旅遊放鬆的話不用特意起早去體驗早餐 食材豐富 原料新鮮 麪檔的大叔又熱情態度又好 而且很有哈爾濱當地的特色 能吃到各種糕餅 哈爾濱紅腸 鹹奶茶之類的 奶油麪包超級好吃 中間的奶油是小時候吃的那種黃油奶油的
帶小朋友的提供洗護用品 是小王子的 酒店裝修是木質調的 融入了一些民族元素 很有特色 房間裏各種消費項目也都有明示目錄
房間門是插卡式的 需要把卡插進去燈亮了拔卡在開門 實在有點難開 我們被卡在門口十多分鐘 而且門超級重 屋裡的光線是暖黃色的 但是很暗 暗到用原相機拍照片 要停頓一會否則會不對焦
房間沒有地暖 衹有中央空調 找了工程幫忙開到最熱了 但是空調示數最高停留在25度 個人感覺偏冷
到酒店的時候我們那個車子停在路邊了 拉着行李箱往酒店進的時候 禮賓全程在旁邊看着 感覺沒有他的事情 一直進到酒店都是我們自己弄的
帶了小朋友 前台沒有特意説提供小童洗護拿小童拖鞋之類的 床圍欄和小童床都是後來在網上看到有提供打的電話諮詢拿來的
洗護用品是歐舒丹的 但是衹有浴室有 固定在牆上拿不下來 泡浴的話沒有洗護用品很尷尬
配套設施沒有洗衣房和小童樂園（但是提供衣物送洗 衣帽間有價格表）
酒店的位置在江北 離太陽島極地公園都很方便 但是離中央大街這些標誌打卡點稍遠一些 如果是早晚高峯節假日需要提前做好規劃 購物的話酒店附近有融創茂和萬象滙
有發生兩個小插曲 感覺部分服務人員讓人不太舒服
這裏不過多贅述 但是大部分工作人員還是很熱情的
相對來説感覺住的性價比不高 設施有點老舊 服務跟連鎖酒店比較起來也差很多
