The room was clean and at a comfortable temperature. The location is close to the ice and snow world area. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and the staff were very helpful!

酒店房間很乾凈整潔，房間適中，位置方便、離冰雪大世界很近，服務熱情周到，餐廳早餐豐富多彩，服務特別特別好，吃胖了很多😄停車場很大，找了很多酒店停車不方便，這裏停車免費，很寬敞解決了大問題，酒店環保♻️沒有木梳浴帽，比較支持這種環保理念，喜歡的朋友可以放心入住。可以訂餐到房間，玩得太累不想出去吃飯了，機器人可以送到房間，如果機器人充電中或者太忙的時候就要自己去一層取餐。很贊😎

我們是來這旅遊的，這是我們換的第二家酒店，第一家剛到房間就果斷選擇退房了，果然這家沒有讓我失望，房間很乾凈寬敞，最重要的是被子沒有異味，訂的標準大床還免費幫我們升級了豪華，哈爾濱真的很熱情！住了一天就毫不猶豫的續房了。

稱不上假日灑店，其實就是升級版的旅館，味道重設施差，尤其是淋浴室排水不好洗澡時水溢出洗臉區，牙縫更差，梳子，耳棉、浴帽等基本物品沒有！馬桶更差，粘屎沖不掉！

過年期間 在哈爾濱屬於超高性價比的酒店了！酒店整體設施也還挺新的 訂了一間小黃鴨親子房 房間很大 很寬敞。衞生間空間也超級大。
早餐種類偏少 不過吃飽沒問題、還有會員專門的用餐區。
前台服務人員很好 還幫我升級了其中一間房。到哈爾濱旅遊 問到餐飲問題也悉心回答。很滿意啦
