不愧是大哈爾濱呀 前台小姐姐於可心十分熱情 到店給升級了有窗房間 睡不慣軟枕頭還給送了蕎麥枕！給我介紹了周邊的設施景點 酒店還有洗衣房和健身房 真的是很齊全了 以後還會繼續選擇這裏出差的哈哈

房間挺大的，附近就是龍塔，交通便利，酒店內有健身房和洗衣房，都可以免費使用，前台小鄒和常經理服務非常周到，有機會還會再來哈爾濱！

在今年哈爾濱如此火熱的春節期間，這個酒店的初級房型定價是非常實惠的，位置不錯打車去哪都不貴,裝修檔次勉強也算是到五星水平了。但無窗特惠房型實在太熱了，關掉空調也沒用，室內超30杜，還沒冷氣，第一晚孩子睡着給熱的一頭的汗，當晚值班前台答應和領導申請升級房型或換房間，在要來電風扇後雖不舒適，但也算可以入睡了，第二天沒有接到酒店詢問是否需要升級或換房間，其實本來也不打算換房間了，畢竟就一晚挪來挪去也麻煩，但酒店大意的工作態度讓人有點失望。大過年的服務人員也不容易，還是給好評吧。

酒店位置很一般，周邊啥都沒有，價格相比其它五星級是便宜點，但出去回來必須打車 ，時間和費用都不划算。關鍵該酒店條件很一般，連四星標準都勉強其難，很奇怪攜程為何在五星烏鑽中強烈推薦？大堂空盪，除過前台和保安，其他大堂經理迎賓統統沒有，連到處宣傳的薑茶熱茶都沒有，冷冷清清，到前台找要熱水 説沒有 得出去到另外一個門內的餐廳接，無語問你們不喝熱水？彩不情願的到另外一個關門屋子接杯子水；大堂地面很無奈臟，進出幾次都無人打掃；哈爾濱講屋外冷屋子內都可暖和了，空調調高到30度還是冷，打電話服務員馬上説冷啊送電暖器，看酒店方知道屋子漏風温度冷，加錢換個親子房 結果單人床就在窗户邊上 一邊冷一邊靠電暖氣温度高 冰火二重天啊，去冰雪大世界沒感冒，反而到這酒店被冷凍了！請攜程瞭解情況 儘快在五星推薦中取消該酒店 ，連最基本的温暖都保證不了 ，僅有的衣服夾子也是壞的，糊弄人！

1.牀頭櫃離床不近，沒辦法邊充電邊拿手機，非常不方便。
2.不知道是不是因為我自己一個年輕女性入住的原因，給我安排在電梯口的房間，來來往往的聲音不斷，中午十二點半辦理的入住，不至於沒有其他的房間了吧。
3.半夜10.40服務員突然敲我門，不按門鈴是因為門鈴壞了嗎？讓我説話小點聲，説有客人已經睡覺了，我説我自己一個人説什麼話，然後又説電視聲小點聲。我從開電視音量就沒動過，你家自己隔音差應該自己心裡有數吧，怎麼在你家住還不能説話不能看電視了唄？而且服務員能準確的找到我的房間，讓我也感覺住的十分不安全。
敲門這個事搞得我心直突突，睡覺也不安穩，影響了一天的好心情！！再出差也不會選擇這家店入住了

住的非常滿意，哈哈哈哈哈，酒店環境很好，沒想到性價比會這麼高，環境很好，整體服務也都不錯，這裏重點強調錶揚一下Fairy和Flora，非常耐心的解答我的疑問，第一次來哈爾濱體驗到了東北人特有的熱情好客，以後有機會還會再來，強烈推薦。
