450-500元的大床房，不到15平，衞生間沒窗户沒浴缸，沒有擦手巾。房間沒有地毯，沒有一個抽屜能打開，全是假的，地板是強化地板，更奇葩的是地板居然還破爛不堪，以後再也不會住全季了。

全季剛開時，服務和衞生，環鏡真是沒的説，不知何時起，服務一度下滑，衞生毛巾沒個看，全是黑的污漬印記，這個全季酒店服務生給安排2次房間那真是冰火兩重天，一個是402房間特別冷，比走廊都得低4℃，後來找前台換1001房間，那洗手間都不能進人，温度趕上冰窖了，廁所不敢上，臉不敢洗，太晚了，都懶的投訴，第二宿絕對不住趕緊走人！看電視沒網絡，我也真是頭一次看到全季沒有網絡的電視，就那幾個破台！全季越發展越走向如家快捷了！

第一天的到店是時間早於入住時間 但是在出去吃了早點回來後前台服務人員就幫忙辦理了入住
設施：雖然房間面積小一些 但是保持了全季該有的設施
衞生：客房每天都會打掃 補充新的消耗品
服務：從前台工作人員到客房的打掃工作人員服務很好 特別是前台的工作人員耐心細緻的解答問題 在入住第一天準備了客房見面禮——哈爾濱凍梨 並且在第二天詢問附近有沒有可以買凍梨的地方又送了凍梨 很滿意的哈爾濱之行 很棒的入住體驗

前台有個女接待（戴羽毛項墜的），説話特不客氣，問問停車的事也不好好給解答，酒店一共就三個車位，外地人又不知道應該停哪，前台還那麼沒耐性。後來的前台還都挺好的。
説説酒店整體情況吧，位置一般，附近都是賣體育用品的，不過周圍還是能找到一些吃飯的地方的。
房間不是很隔音，但是憑心而論，現在的酒店也都差不多。
衞生情況，打擾不是很仔細，頭天的茶水，第二天還在杯子裏（退房後因為事情沒處理完又住了一天，還是同一個房間，所以不是服務員擔心是留着喝的而沒清洗杯子）
不過酒店樓下有一個超市，買東西還是挺方便的。這一點倒是挺好的！

沒有別的全季好，也是第一次住到沒有停車場的全季，以及沒有全季味道的全季，房間有煙味，電視沒有網……作為全季的忠實粉絲，這家確實是所有住過的全季不太好的，以及浴室地面不乾淨，有味道。瓷磚有開裂的痕跡。服務倒是很好。
