The infrastructure and environment are okay, but the service attitude is extremely poor: 1. The TV didn’t work. After notifying me, the hotel never responded, nor did it repair or replace it; 2. Before breakfast was over, the service staff had already started eating by themselves, but the guests had no food to eat. The three of them collected half a plate of vegetables and a spoonful of rice, and waited for the waiter to replenish it, but the service staff left after 10 minutes. I dropped all the cutlery and leftover food... Is there any food left? Answer "You are late"; 3. Reported the lack of breakfast to the front desk (guests can only go out to eat by themselves), the reply was still "you are late"; until the guests checked out, there was no reply from the hotel. The overall feeling is that the hotel never takes the needs and normal interests of its guests into consideration. Who would dare to go to such a hotel?

I stayed here on a business trip and brought my family here. Parking is convenient. Good breakfast

It’s around minus 20 degrees in Harbin, so breakfast is basically cold.
