The hotel has no lobby. When I opened the door and entered, I thought it was a small hotel, a shabby hotel. The room was very dilapidated, very dirty, the windows leaked air, and the temperature in the room was neither hot nor cold. It was a bit cold when I slept until midnight. I told the front desk that the window was leaking, and the boy at the front desk told me to turn on the air conditioner. Is it okay to live in a room where it is cold and hot at the same time? If there is a problem, I don't think about how to solve it. I keep saying what to do and what do you want to do? I have nothing to do. When I asked the front desk what the temperature was like in the room, the front desk said I didn't know and had never stayed there before. The answer was really speechless. The security guard's attitude was very bad. When the temperature was over 20 degrees below zero, I came in to check the window for air leakage, but he opened the window and the child was still standing by the bed wearing half-sleeves. It was really bad. Poor attitude at the front desk, not recommended.

The hotel is very good, the service and environment are first-class, the sound insulation is super good, the facilities are complete, and it is a very satisfactory accommodation experience. I would also like to thank the Ctrip platform for its high level of enthusiastic service.

The room is very dirty. There are many stains on the wall curtains. There is also a strong smell. The room is not soundproofed. The whole room is very shabby.
