Friendly service, the front desk guy is very handsome, the surrounding restaurants are closed during the Chinese New Year, the hotel also cooked dumplings for us, the overall experience is very good

It's very close to the subway station, and the sanitary conditions are good. However, the sound insulation is a bit poor. You can clearly hear the sounds from the next room and the corridor. The guy at the front desk has a good attitude, and the cleaning lady is also very good.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The memory pillow is very comfortable to sleep on. However, the floor of the bathroom is tilted in the opposite direction of the floor drain, so it is easy to accumulate water.

The room is tidy and clean. The cleaning lady and the front desk are very nice. They greet us warmly when we enter and leave the room, which makes us feel happy. I will stay here again next time I come to Harbin.
