特別特別滿意，這是我在哈爾濱住過的最舒服的酒店了，離巴洛克和中央大街還有博物館都不是很遠，住了兩晚，早餐可選中式和西式兩種，預製的菜品很少且吃的很飽；哈爾濱很多酒店一到這個時候挺冷的，不過他家房間乾淨整潔晚上睡覺不冷，還可以選蜂蜜水或者熱牛奶，特別好評～

太棒了，不愧是五星級酒店，服務太好了，無微不至，簡直是酒店界的胖東來，從進門幫提行李再到辦理入住時的熱毛巾和茶水，進房間細緻的講解，服務的無微不至，酒店的房間也特別棒，房間床鋪乾淨，還有多款枕頭選擇，晚上8點還有入睡飲品，外賣都是酒店服務生送上門，大堂的下午茶早九點到晚上九點，質量也非常高，不像有些酒店隨便買點拼多多小蛋糕就當做下午茶了，這家不僅重量多質量還高應該是酒店自己做的，完全不應付，一次非常滿意的居住體驗，唯一美中不足就是位置不是很好離中央大街有點距離

酒店非常乾淨衞生，不是託，因為住的是尾房不太滿意，看我是南方人來北方玩經理幫我們申請升房，升級到了帶露台的，送的禮品和吃的很滿意，有下午茶都有.好幾個朋友一起玩都很滿意近市中心隔音很好.
