the location of the hotel is fairly convenient as it is at a major interaction with McDonald at the next door. while it is not in the middle of the business or tourist street, it is not far away either and compensated by very good pricing.
the highlight of the stay was the front desk staff (thank you, xiao meng), as they were very cheerful, friendly and professional. I got upgraded to a suite and the front desk staff went out of their way to make sure I am happy with the room. all in all, I can recommend this hotel for value and staff.

This hotel was perfect for my needs. The staff really embodied the sense of 东北 hospitality! They were attentive and remembered all of our preferences from the first day we stayed and it was so good we decided to stay an extra 2 nights!

The service is really amazing. I give 15 points out of 10. I have never encountered such a detailed hotel in Harbin! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, a concierge came to help me with my luggage. As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a 90-degree bow and a hot towel was handed to my hands. After checking in, the staff sent me to the room and introduced the functions and usage of the room, as well as the fruits and evening "afternoon tea" carefully prepared by Junyi, and introduced me to the fun places in the hotel. Every little detail here is done very well, and I can really feel that the hotel is serving with heart! The small card given by my exclusive butler Dandan moved me to tears. She specially prepared small red wine and snacks for me and my husband, and upgraded the room type for me for free. I was so moved, thoughtful and moved. After checking out, I also received a souvenir prepared by Dandan for me. It was really thoughtful!
