此次入住我們一行三人，訂的兩間高級大床房，可體驗下來感覺非常糟糕，首先從硬件設施上來説太過老舊、同一品牌旗下的酒店，價位不低的這麼一個酒店，反而不如一些小眾酒店，然後軟件方面：第一就是高級大床房客廳沒紙巾，這是我沒想到的，整個房間就衹有廁所的卷子……，換的房間裏面也衹有桌子沒有椅子（換房原因後續講），點外賣站着吃、化粧站着、不説配兩個，一個起碼要有吧？然後再説服務方面：我們當晚入住時高級大床房變大床房，我也很不理解，給前台打電話回覆我的是拍攝廣角、年限過長的原因，不知道你們自己有沒有看過攜程上面的圖片，大床房和高級大床房明顯區別很大，我們住的房間也和上面的大床房圖片一模一樣，我説完之後呢，前台回覆我説“那先生你想怎麼辦呢？”……你們安排有問題，我要解決問題，而不是把問題又甩給我，後續就是當晚住過了，也沒繼續追究，第二天一早我們又把東西全部收拾好放前台出去玩等別人退了房再給我們調整，晚上回來後拿到換了的房卡，本以為事情就此結束，可是我們去到房卡上對應的房間後，門打不開，裏面住的有其他人，一位女士隔着門問“我是誰，幹嘛的”………此時我徹底無語，也無話可説，來這裏旅遊本就是為了開心放鬆，基本不會給差評或者非要怎麼樣，但綜合上面種種原因我實在覺得很糟糕，以上就是我們此次的住房體驗，僅代表個人，選擇權在各位，會不會整改、跟進也不是我該關心的了。順便提一句，酒店內的早餐也挺糟糕的，我看着那狹小的餐廳和寥寥無幾的菜品確實沒胃口吃，

這次五天行程裏面性價比最低的漢庭了，誰讓它在熱門城市哈爾濱呢。位置比較偏僻，離地鐵站要走差不多2公里，幸福鎮政府旁邊，公交比較方便，但是確實比較偏，250多的價格也不便宜。房間舊而且小，地磚有些都蜕皮了。
