By overall is OK. Staffs can't speak English, using WeChat. Hotel to Subway, 5 minutes walking. Room 102 is not so good (at corner, closed to Hotel toilet and the area of used clothes/bed sheets.

Convenient location, very close to the subway and bus station, clean and sanitary rooms, new facilities, quiet and comfortable, warm and thoughtful service, independent courtyard, free parking, great stay experience, will come again next time

It was a very good travel experience. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the subway and bus, and the transportation is very convenient. It is also easy to get a taxi. The facilities are relatively new. It was newly renovated this year. It is clean and tidy without any odor. Harbin is a beautiful city. It is good for eating, drinking and having fun. I will consider this hotel again in the future.

The hotel is clean. The price is okay. The location is okay. There are a few Halal shops nearby but you have to look at the map if you want to go. The receptionist may or may not speak English but there is no problem because there is a translation app. All amenities are okay. I didn't try the wifi because once I connect to China, it only has wifi, then all the US apps are blocked. I went in December, it was -15 outside but the temperature in the room was ok and very comfortable. Overall, I will definitely stay there again if I go to Harbin.
