Loved the property, the location is great, the room was wonderful, and I also received an upgrade.
I will definitely be staying again when back in Harbin, and will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel was one of the best that I have stayed in for value for money. Great service. Nice big clean rooms
. Give free upgrades if better rooms available.
Had everything I needed and not too far from the city centre. Transportation was nearby and great food and shopping next to and around the hotel. The area also had good vibes. Highly recommended!
Only negative thing for me was that the staff could only speak Chinese and I speak English however, the Google translate app helped a lot.

All was good. The reception personnel tried to make this hotel the best. Very helpful. Felt more comfortable in the city being assisted by the receptionists. The even followed me downstairs to help with the taxi. Breakfast is very Chinese, for us not much to eat, but coffee was good. Be attentive with the railway station choices. There are two in harbin. One is called harbin railway station and is located very far from the hotel, but railway station Harbin west is close

The location is very good. There is a big shopping mall in same building where you can find restaurants, supermarkets even drug store easily.

Service wise was good, not many conversations made because of language barrier but both parties tried best to delivered messages. Room was spacious for 3 people, they refresh our amenities each day but not vacuum the room though. Toilet has this unpleasant smell but overall was decent as it should be.

Room is spacious, the 2 double beds can fit 4 pax! The shower room is awesome and the soap smells very good. The front desk agents are friendly and helped us to keep our room even when we were checking in the next day after the booking. Afternoon tea has quite a big spread and all staff are friendly!
