The room was extremely unhygienic. They even changed to a smaller room than the one they booked, and they didn't even offer to pay the difference. Shouldn't they automatically change or upgrade rooms if they haven't been properly cleaned? They even booked two identical twin rooms, one with a TV and one without, and the odor was incredibly unpleasant. They asked me to change the sheets and pillowcases, but they were so sullen and unwilling to do so. They were incredibly dirty! Their attitude was also very poor, with no apology, even after I'd thanked them. There's a night market downstairs, which is convenient for buying fruit and provides a quiet sleep.

We traveled from Shanghai to Harbin with our kids. We researched this hotel on Ctrip for a while and booked it. We took a taxi right after landing. It was easy to find and the room was very clean. Since we had two kids, the owner was very considerate and switched me to a family room. The front desk staff was so nice and helped carry my suitcase directly to the room. There's a billiard room downstairs where the kids could practice. It's very convenient to get around. There are restaurants around the corner, offering everything from casserole breakfasts to family-style dishes. I'd love to stay here again next time. I wish the owner good business and good luck!
