The hotel's location is easy to find and very convenient for watching concerts. The wait for a room was long, but that's understandable. However, the most satisfying thing about my stay was the executive lounge. The environment was great, and the service staff, Tina, was very enthusiastic. Even though the lounge was full of guests, she still clearly called out my name and my favorite coffee when I came to the lounge the next day. I was very touched by the full sense of detail. The lounge was cozy and comfortable, and the children loved it too!

We booked the Hilton in order to get some rest after the concert, but it was a little disappointing. It's a newly opened hotel with a strong brand, but the service was so poor. We arrived at 5:30 pm, which is when we should have checked in. Even if the previous guest checked out late, the room should have been ready by then. Furthermore, I had already filled in my check-in time online, so I had to wait another hour to get my room number. So, I had to check my luggage and watch the concert first (but they also gave me a free breakfast, so I figured it was a good deal after all). Before leaving, they specifically asked for a pair of children's slippers. , told me that there was no problem. After I came back, the front desk said that there was no stock. I queued up to get into the elevator. After entering the room, it was still different from what I thought. "It's not newly renovated, it's just the foundation of the previous hotel." Half of the table lamp was dusty, and the toilet did not provide a disposable set. Customers need to bring their own. I have to say that the hotel service industry in Yunnan is really good. Customers are not allowed to wash their own clothes, and disposable toilet covers are provided. By the way, the hotel breakfast is still good, more Western style, with less Chinese food. The taste is still good, but there are not many varieties. The service staff were really confused these two days, which also reflects that when encountering a large flow of customers, there are overall problems. The service cannot keep up, which is inconsistent with the Hilton brand and needs to be improved. According to this brand, my score is very high.

This negative review is entirely directed at the hotel management. It's like Hilton bought an old hotel, changed the bedding and logo, and now it's Hilton? There's no doorman to open the door for your luggage, and it takes nearly 20 minutes to check in. The room amenities are extremely outdated, and the shower water is uncontrollable and the flow is very low. It doesn't feel like a hotel that opened in 2025, and it's even worse than a 300-yuan budget hotel. There's only one person on duty at night, and the concierge isn't staffed 24/7. So, do I have to come down and get anything I need in person? I stay at InterContinental for business trips regularly, and I only choose Hilton if I can't find the InterContinental. Such a drastic service lapse wouldn't occur at any IHG hotel, even at a mid-range brand, not a high-end one. If there's no reasonable explanation and apology, I'll definitely write a long complaint to your corporate email address. Congratulations to the hotel management for receiving the first negative review since its opening.
