步行到中央大街主街50米以內，旁邊就是中央商場，購買短缺的日用品水果零食等非常方便，地理位置優越。很喜歡沒有地毯，簡潔不囉嗦，不會藏污納垢。行程改變，雙床無法原價續住，就改定了大床房，房間可能相對小一點，影響不大。

酒店離中央大街步行50米，逛街、美食都方便。再次入住房間智能化，乾淨整潔，床品舒適，早餐品類不多，味道還不錯。不足之處是酒店沒有停車位。

坐火車過來，就想着一個酒店多住幾天，省得換來換去了，10月5日16:27辦理入住，前台問我有沒有買早餐，我説定房間的時候都是買帶早餐的，定了4天，前台説看不到，還讓我定了幾天的訂單給她看，她在一張張截圖，哎，16點30幾分進房間，想用衞生間，發覺有前一家客人留在馬桶圈上黃色的尿污漬，頓時心裏就不舒服，我馬上打電話給前台，前台表示會有人來查看，後來來的是保潔人員，酒店經理啥的沒來，保潔人員前來道歉並把馬桶消毒處理了後走了，我想問一下這個你們給客人房間前不再檢查一下嗎？我花錢買的是舒適和服務，我是連住4天哎！！！10月5日並沒有酒店相關人員來溝通，後來我辦理入住5日當天17點05分我就把後面的幾天都退訂了，立馬換酒店，你們家是我第一個剛到酒店，就立馬想退房取消的，6日中秋節早上8點45不到我就退房，總共待了16個小時，【另外該酒店我訂的房價和現在的房價有出入，等於我早訂比晚訂還要貴400不到，等於我多付了400不到，還是果斷退了後面的3天房】在我整理箱子要退房的時候，酒店前台來了一個女的，給了我一些路上的水果和其他禮品，後來説今天中秋節給我帶來了抱歉，但我第一次來哈爾濱，你們酒店把我行程計劃全都打亂了！本來我家人説要在你家住2天再換，省的來回奔波，我本來在你家連住4天，4天的房費花了2007元，但現在種種，住了1天後麪就不想住了，價格配不上服務！！！
