CNHOL HOTEL(HAERBING CHINESE BAROQUE)

This is the worst managed hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none. 1. Lack of basic services Slippers not provided: After checking in, I found that there were no slippers in the room. The front desk explained that "the room may have forgotten them." 2. Equipment failure and management issues (1) The phone was unusable: The main phone in the room could not dial the front desk. The front desk explained that "the bathroom extension was not hung up properly, causing the line to be occupied." (2) The explanation did not match the facts: The actual inspection found that the bathroom phone was hung up normally, which means that the hotel's explanation is not valid. It may involve equipment failure or installation problems. (3) The quality of the equipment is worrying: The staff further speculated that "it may be caused by the vibration of closing the door", reflecting the maintenance and management of the facilities. (4) No signal on the TV: The TV in the room could not receive the signal. The signal line was not connected during installation. 3. Confusing regulations and lack of crisis management (1) Unclear responsibilities: Later, people from the housekeeping department and the front desk came to knock on the door to inquire about the damage to the room phone. (2) No emergency measures: When faced with equipment failure, the guest room informed us that the engineering department had gone off duty. The front desk asked if the phone had been repaired, but no temporary solution (such as intercom equipment or mobile phone contact information) was provided. The basic crisis handling ability was lacking. (3) No proactive compensation or apology: When the problem was raised, the hotel did not show any apology, nor did it take any compensation measures. The service attitude was negative. In fact, the female receptionist made me feel that these problems were commonplace in the hotel and should exist as a matter of course. (4) The room card clearly stated that check-out was at 14:00, but at 13:27 the staff called and asked to check out at 13:30. Because I had just had eye surgery and did not want to move again, I stayed in this hotel. It is recommended that the hotel strengthen management and personnel management training and recruit a manager with hotel management experience.

The service staff is very friendly and makes people feel comfortable. The hotel facilities are of high quality. The bathrooms are all big brands. The whole house is smart and clean. The breakfast is very rich. Highly recommended!

Very satisfactory stay experience, many unexpected surprises, great value for money! The first surprise was meeting the proprietress when we checked in. She greeted us very warmly and even gave us an extra breakfast. The second surprise was that after we checked in, the front desk told us that a fruit platter was provided as a gift, and it was delivered to the room by a robot. The third surprise was that there were 3 bottles of drinks and 2 bottles of mineral water in the refrigerator, all free to drink. The fourth surprise was a small gift after checking out! Now let’s talk about breakfast. I really didn’t expect that there was everything, and they even cooked wontons. Then, everything in the room is smart, including the curtains and toilet. There is no odor in the room and it is very clean. Finally, the service was really perfect. From the moment we parked, someone followed us all the time. The boss even gave up his parking space. There was even someone to help open the door. The front desk also asked a lot of questions and was always very polite. I travel many times a year, and I really want to say that this time is the most perfect experience. Next time I come to Erbin, I will stay here again. Finally, I wish the boss a prosperous business!
