New hotel. Staff very helpful. Delicious breakfast, we stayed 3 nights and everyday they have different items. Yummy coffee and tang yuan. Can order afternoon tea to the room.

A newly refurbished hotel and I really liked it. It is a bit difficult to find, but right between two metro stations and just two stops to the Snow and Ice festival. Really liked that there was drip coffee in the room, and a good breakfast. And heated toilet... The video of the hotel and river behind is a bit too much as there is another building behind the hotel that takes most of the view. The restaurant is not open at night.

Hotel was new, clean and in general good. The location is nice, too. The problem why I can’t give fully 5 star rating is, I booked a room with a river view, and instead got a room with a view towards another hotel. Girls at the reception desk apologized and even gave a little gift but that wasn’t their fault for sure. First impression was ruined.

It was definitely a super pleasant stay, with sleek room design, tea set and delicious tea to prepare yourself in room, and strong water, good ventilation toilet. Staff was really friendly and helpful and show genuine care when talking to guests. Breakfast was good too, and am glad it was like the usual hotels that breakfast ends at 9… this hotel allows breakfast till 1pm.
Bummer that it was winter hence no air condition is available and it was actually quite warm at times, and with window opened the main road is a little noisy and when wind blows, the door rattles and quite noisy. But overall I would return again if I am back in Harbin

I booked a room a month ago and checked in at 2pm on the same day. Opposite the reserved room was a laundry room with a fire door, and facing the street was a two-way five-lane road, so it was extremely noisy. I contacted the front desk to change the room, but they told me that there were no rooms available. In the end, they gave me a 30% discount on the room rate, but I had to accept it because I didn't have time to look for another hotel. Even with the discount, the room rate was still more than 400 yuan, which I felt was a waste of money. The toilet in the bathroom was leaking, and I wasn't sure if the floor was stained by water or something else. The kettle was also covered in water stains, and there was no afternoon tea. I didn't know if they didn't give me the discount, and I didn't dare to ask.
