I'm surprised to find such a high-quality B&B at this price. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comparable to that of a star-rated hotel, the owner has a great attitude, and the indoor temperature is comfortable. I will choose this B&B again when I travel on business in the future!

優點：價格合適，床品舒適，新開的挺乾淨。
缺點：新裝修使用劣質傢俱，牀頭櫃是密度板裸板，但好在傢俱不多 ，隔音差。進公寓後有一小段較窄的樓梯，拖行李箱不方便。一進屋非常明顯的裝修味道，房東回覆説可能是你太敏感了吧，笑。

地理位置:民宿位置樓下葯店，超市都有很方便，地鐵也不遠，網約車也很方便，一眼望去最好的樓就是了，非常好找，小區管理也很好，住在裏面很安靜安全。
入住感受:乾淨!房間感覺就是自住一樣，裝修和打掃的很好，這次出行帶着4個好朋友，爾濱冷，但是屋子熱乎乎，另外值得一提的是，他們家的床墊和被子特別舒服，床墊軟軟彈彈，被套也很柔和，睡得非常好。
房東服務:房東大哥熱情!特別好溝通，敞亮爾濱大哥，第一天入住時去早了，跟房東溝通是否可以提前入住，很快就響應並交接了手續。
這次的入住整體非常滿意!感謝房東解答了我的很多疑問，也提供了很多便利，如果下次再來，我還會再住這裏。

房間與床都很好，設施不咋地，可價也廉呀，關鍵是準備了一次性拖鞋，這得給個贊，出門洗沐用的都會準備，但拖鞋一般是不帶的，這麼低的房價，店家還給準備了，確實不錯。唯一不足的離地鐵遠了點，近1公里，隊伍中有小幹10歲的小孩，那就慎重點，別的都很好，店家服務更好。
