I had a great stay at this hotel! They were very accommodating with my late midnight check-in, which made my arrival smooth and hassle-free. The amenities were excellent—everything was new and well-maintained. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay.
The location is also a big plus—it’s close to the railway station and within walking distance of major attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Definitely recommended!

定的是2米的大床房，辦入住的時候我什麼都沒説，就告知我定的房間是1.8米，我追問是他們酒店沒有兩米的床還是這個房型滿房了，看我追問忙説給我升級，問題是我定的就是2米的，不是你給我升級的。然後告訴我是第三方平台問題，但是我看華住會裡麪同個房型也是2米的床，如果我不堅持，是不是就可以給我1.8米的床，這個操作就很迷惑。然後房間內的水，有兩瓶是打開過的，估計是上一個房客喝了一點又原位擺放了，客房檢查的時候也沒認真檢查，萬一進去很急直接打開喝了，想想都覺得很糟心。還有第二天外出回來，客房已經打掃了，但是洗手盆裏小朋友不小心滴的牙膏也沒清理，衞生真的很堪憂。吃早飯的時候，小朋友站取餐枱取餐時，收餐盤的大叔直接就在她身後推着餐車過去，位置特別窄，小朋友的頭髮都直接碰到泔水盆了。早餐品種也特別少，我們住了三天，小孩子吃了三天的炒飯，第三天的時候直接説不想吃，都吃膩了，真的選擇太少了。要不是看在兩米床上，真的是第一天就走人了，因為一個人帶着兩個小朋友，奔着這個大床來的，真的是哪哪都不舒服。

預訂的特大床，衞生還是不錯。跟其他各大城市來講這家全季酒店性價比一般，前台提醒我們下面有裝修早上九點到下午六點，人也到了哈爾濱也沒辦法換酒店，送了一張自助早餐，兩個人就送了一張早餐。附近壓根也沒有什麼早餐店吃，前台要我們掃碼49元可購買兩份早餐。逼着兩個台灣同胞非要找新用户註冊，直接付款給49元也不行，連續住了4天也不行。不註冊就按40元一份兩個人一天80元的價格。

來開會的 位置很好 走幾步就到車站了 房間內置硬件設施都好非常智能 電視也很大
但是！可能是我OUT了 找了半天沒找到座機電話 衹能在預訂平台找前台 非常不滿意的一點是 由於買的票是下午的 正常中午十二點退房我知道 但是在別的城市住全季可以延遲到兩點 或者打電話諮詢前台沒有很緊張的訂房可以直接給延遲 兩點以後再按小時收費 可能是咱們店有特殊規定吧 沒辦法也沒有地方去衹能在酒店呆著 樓下等車的時候聽到還可以延遲住到兩點半的？？？不知道啥情況
花了多少不是重點 衹是心情大受影響 以後可能不會選擇了 希望改善吧 當然改善不了就當我沒説
