這算是我住過的所有麗楓裏最差的了，不知道是不是因為最近哈爾濱火爆，價格貴也就算了，打掃衞生也不認真了，在房間發現兩個前房客的煙頭，床單上也有污漬，電視機很奇葩，遙控器不能控制開關機，得拔電源，電視還是壁掛式的，插拔都費勁！最最不能接受的，房間門上下兩個鎖頭都是壞的，根本不能鎖門，我是拿凳子頂着門睡的誰敢信？

入住過最差的麗楓，粉轉黑，雖然攜程出面幫助解決了部分，但是以後不會想住麗楓了，感覺花錢買罪受😟分享出來，希望店家可以把服務業做好，不是一朝一夕的事情。

八月九號晚入住哈爾濱巴洛克麗楓酒店，由於我老婆登山扭傷了腳，需要冰敷，所以每到一處入住酒店，都和前台商量用冰櫃把礦泉水冰凍上，第二天用，車裡衹備當天用的，和前台小姑娘説了後，小姑娘還特地問了句，是凍冰溜子那樣式兒的吧？我連忙説是，小姑娘就請大廳的一位像保安的大叔説，請他去幫忙辦，她脱不開，這位保安冷眼掃了我們一眼，説：我們餐廳沒有冰凍冷櫃，衹有保鮮櫃，我客氣的問道：肉品需要冷凍啊？保安答：我們天天買新鮮的，不用，我無言道：那就算了，也不想跟他置氣，前台小姑娘看着保安的臉色一直沒言語，第二天酒店早餐，我觀潮了一下，有冷凍冰櫃，老婆就拿出來兩瓶水，送前台請他們幫忙凍上，結果今天早上退房後拿出來，還是沒有給凍上，第二件事：今天早餐：由於客人多，沒人收拾，我把上一撥用餐盤收拾了，就擺了一碗粥，一碗餛飩，再去拿我們兩人的雞蛋和菜品，回到餐桌時，發現東西全沒了，但桌上垃圾沒人搞，我轉身問一像工作人員：他説收拾了，我説：我放餐桌上的粥，餛飩，都是盛的滿滿的，你看不出來嗎？再説垃圾我已經和粥餛飩隔開了，你這樣也太浪費了吧？這中年人竟回答我，我是保安，不太會搞，關鍵是這保安的奇葩操作，我的餐位又讓其他用餐的人給佔了，旅遊大好心情讓這兩件事給攪了，據我問工作人員説：這家酒店的保安，是投資人的*，您説這還有好？講給大家，您受得了這氣，就入住這家酒店吧，

房間還不錯，挺乾淨挺温馨的，就是隔音有點差，有一天凌晨兩三點應該是有一大波人來入住，吵哄哄的，前台也沒有制止客人讓他們安靜一點，菜市場一樣，對睡眠不好的人來説體驗十分不好。

設施陳舊，需要更新，進屋一股黴味兒，如果舊了就要降低身價把房價降低，要麼就要去更新房間，要不然這個價格讓人覺得很不值得，住過各個城市好多麗楓酒店，這個算是最差的麗楓了
