We arrived late on the first day. There were no slippers in the room and no conditioner in the bathroom. I called the front desk lady and she brought them to us. There might be no auntie at night. If there were any problems at night, the front desk staff would solve them. We were given a bigger suite for the next two days, but the room was not heated enough.
