距離學校近，樓下有多個便利店，買零食很方便，距離地鐵口也近，方便出行，所以預訂的這家。到了之後發現房間很乾凈，還有衣架，一次性用品除了沐浴露，洗髮水小樣，還貼心的準備了一次性拖鞋。房東還幫忙取外賣，很温馨。

交通便利，在小區裡邊環境安靜不嘈雜。過來考試暫住，離考點很近，火車站地鐵站也就一兩公里的路程
衞生：屋裡很整潔，沒有異味，一次性用品，毛巾浴巾都齊全
服務：老闆熱情，服務態度好

屋子裡沒有空調 外國語考試定的酒店 去考點得步行15-20分鐘左右 算是離外國語比較近的民宿了 周邊也沒有別的酒店 老闆很熱情 房屋地址在小區裏 小區門口有賣早餐盒飯的地方 整體不錯

到黑龍江外國語學院考試住這還是比較方便，走路10多分鐘到考試地點，小區門口有早餐，還有其他吃的。房子新裝修的整體比較乾淨
