地處尚志大街和中央大街地鐵站中間，交通很方便，出門左轉就是道里菜市場，走兩步到中央大街，非常方便。
房間設施很新，面積很大，環境不錯。房間看起來非常乾淨，美中不足的是晚上在床上看到一個不知名的黑色小蟲在蠕動，直接彈飛了，沒拍照片。衞生總體給個8.5分吧。
唯一的缺點是房間隔音不是太好，隔壁的説話聲，洗澡的流水聲能傳過來。。

服務：還算可以吧，住了三天，每天打掃房間都不給放亂泉水，都要和前台要，雜牌子礦泉水沒多少錢二十四瓶的都在十元以內，大方的放，何必要去要了才給

酒店地理位置好，離中央大街，索菲亞教堂步行可達。衞生還好，設施一般，小賓館的配置。期望值不是很高的話還是可以的。
周邊有公共停車位，早八到晚八收費，停車費第一個小時7元，第二個小時6元，封頂73元。晚八以後免費。

坐落在哈爾濱市的主要城區，離主要景點都非常近，周圍的餐館也非常多，當然停車也較為困難，建議到了先下行李，再去找車位。需要注意房間的一次性面巾等都是要收費的。這個價位很不錯了
