民宿就在江北大學城地鐵站邊上的小區裏，去冰雪大世界和太陽島之類都很進。房間比較小，但是很乾凈，白天出去玩，就晚上住一下也無所謂，乾淨就好，用品大多數都是一次性的。暖氣特別足，我們一家三口穿短袖睡覺都熱，後半夜才蓋一點被子。

房間非常整潔，衞生乾淨，設施齊全，服務也特別好，本來是説下午2:00入住，結果我們提前入住了，店主非常好心的主動給我們安排房間還升級房型。店主非常温柔服務非常到位，很貼心，我不是。

和朋友一起來哈爾濱旅遊，租到了一個很滿意的民宿～
屋裡的設施比較智能，有投影儀可以放自己喜歡看的劇，而且屋裡有很多插座，不用擔心沒有插口可以充電，有一次性牙刷和馬桶墊，有自動供暖系統，即使是冬天也一點都不冷
跟老闆反應説沒有地方能晾衣服，老闆第二天就送來了晾衣架（圖三），加上暖氣一晚上就能晾乾衣服了，非常好評！
