Yagao Hotel (Harbin Central Street Branch)

The smell is strong, and the breakfast is average. The cleaning for the extended stay is as shown in the picture. Only the garbage bag was changed. I went to the front desk and said that the housekeeping was off duty. The explanation given to me was that they don't fold the quilts for guests who are staying longer, worried that the guests will mind. I can't believe this is the standard of Atour. The waiter put on gloves and threw the garbage. She was quite hygienic about herself. Then she put on the gloves that had just thrown away the garbage bag to get a bath towel to make up for it, and it was in front of me. I dare not imagine how much she fooled around behind my back. The female manager was even funnier. She came up and said that she was too busy and forgot to clean. It happened to be our two rooms. If you didn't make this excuse, our anger wouldn't be raised a little bit. In the end, the room fee was refunded. She even wanted me to write a good review. I'll give you a real review. Face your own problems. The experience is terrible

The hotel is very spacious and clean. We specifically requested a quiet room and the staff arranged it very well. However, before 8am on June 7, there was a drilling noise that woke us up.

It's less than a year old, so it's really clean! The staff is friendly, and if you ask for water or anything else you need at the desk, they'll give it to you~! The room is spacious, so it's easy to open your suitcase, and the window is large, so it's well-lit. There's also a delivery robot that brings it to your room. Check-in is right away, and check-out is at 4pm, so it's convenient~! It was nice to be able to grab Didi and go around here and there. I recommend it~!
