It was a very unsatisfactory stay. We had booked the room several months ago. A friend from Northeast China came to Harbin with us. We planned to share a room with three of us because it was a two-day trip and we were all girls. But when we got to the hotel, the owner said that there was no room for three people and asked us to pay an extra 50 yuan to upgrade to a room. We were reluctant at first, but it was very late, so we upgraded. She said that there were family rooms for the first night, but not for the second night, so we should get another room for the second night. We ignored her at the time. The next morning, we vacated the family room as planned and moved the three of us to a king-size room. We had no plan to book another room, but when we came back the next night, the owner told us that there was a family room and asked us to pay an extra 50 yuan to move in. She also moved our luggage out without our consent. Couldn't they call us to notify us 24 hours a day? There were cameras and our underwear in our luggage, but they moved us to another room? They added 50 yuan more and my friend went out to argue with the boss. The boss said that he felt sorry for us because we were students and gave us 50 liters of room and said we were ungrateful. It was really funny. Is it fun to bully us little girls? Also, the hygiene of this hotel is very poor 😊

The experience was very bad 👎 We came at 11 o'clock at noon. The front desk said that we could check in at 12 o'clock. They asked us to wait for an hour. We thought about putting our luggage away before going to eat, so we waited until 12 o'clock. After urging us countless times, we couldn't. He said it would be ready soon, but it took nearly an hour and made us wait for an hour in vain. We waited for a total of two hours and didn't eat lunch. We couldn't have checked in at 12 o'clock. Things were fine immediately, but in the end, the power went out and tripped... 1. When I came back at night, I found a screw on the bed, and I didn’t know what I was cleaning. 2. Earthworms appeared frequently in the toilet. It’s so disgusting. They appeared two days in a row. 3. The room for 260 or 70 is almost 300, but the space is so small that it is difficult to turn around in it. You can't move around when you open the suitcase. There is no legroom at all. 4. The toilet smell is very bad. It smells like sewerage 5. The most important thing is that the room is not soundproofed at all, the corridor is very narrow, and you can clearly hear the footsteps of people walking outside. The experience is really bad. Please avoid lightning. This price and environment are completely unmatched🤮
