Everyone there is friendly, willing to help us with any enquiries. Room were new and clean, daily housekeeping. Heater in the room works well, everything is all good.

Had a 5 days trip to Harbin, the hotel is not in downtown but it takes 20 minutes by taxi to reach the main Zhongyang Street. Very clean, comfortable room, staff is polite and friendly. They don’t speak English but ready to use translator to communicate.

Very nice and cozy place. the reception and the owner were very kind and helpful. the room is clean and big, the cleaner also a very nice person. when we were looking for a laundry to wash our cloth, the owner will provide us the service FOC, but just no dryer for the cloth. Will revisit again if go to Harbin
