My friend and I wanted to stay on the same floor, but because we checked in too late, all the rooms were allocated, so my friend and I were arranged on different floors. The next day at noon, the front desk guy took the initiative to call me and told me that there was a vacant room and he could help my friend change the room to the same floor as me. He also asked if I needed help with the luggage. I am really grateful for paying attention to the needs of guests. I must give a five-star rating and highly recommend it.
