Helpful, fast response and polite owner. Owner was available to contact via WeChat most of the time. Location really convenient. Not too far and not too close to city centre. Quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. Clean and super spacious room. A lady came everyday to clean the room and resupply mineral water and toiletries. Actually the bed size most likely is king bed not queen as advertised. Room suitable for family stay. Equipped with projector and screen but unfortunately the interface was in Chinese and English movie need to pay using ******* account. Walking distance to subway. Close to delicious halal eatery along the way to subway station. The only downside probably washing machine is not automatic which hopefully the owner can consider to upgrade this. Room rate was so affordable against the provided amenities and location. Overall satisfied with the stay. Recommended and definitely will stay here again if have chance to visit Harbin in future.

The room is quite big, facing Chinese Baroque. The only problem is that the toilet door cannot be closed tightly, and can only be propped up with a shoe. The toilet floor drain flows slowly, and there is a puddle of water on the floor when taking a shower. Other things are ok. You need an access card to enter the door, which is relatively safe. It is also close to the subway station!

The location is 400m north of the railway and a 10-minute walk. The homestay is spacious, bright and ventilated. Someone comes to change the trash bags every day. Chinese Baroque is also within walking distance.

The overall feeling is pretty good.
The room is big enough and the heating is OK, not too hot, but a bit cold after taking a shower. The bathroom heater just happened to break down, and the landlord will come to fix it the next day. The projection is not good, it always fails to connect to the network and cannot play

The host was very nice and let me check in early. The room was exactly the same as the promotional pictures. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were also very stable. The location was within walking distance to the Baroque and the internet-famous bridge. I was most satisfied with the pink background wall of the violent bear on the moon in the room. It was amazing! It was a pity that I couldn't stay a few more days because the room was full!
