和家人旅遊來到爾濱，怕不好訂房，提前一天打了電話（零點左右吧）問了樓層和停車等我關注的問題，大半夜的，老闆很耐心地進行了介紹，第二天毫不猶豫入住了這裏。我的情況特殊些，帶着近八十的老父親和老母親，母親還攜帶了輪椅，住了一週，老闆盡心盡力地提供幫助，讓我很感動。令我印象最深刻的是恰逢端午，細心的老闆娘特意包了粽子和煮了茶葉蛋送給客人們，每人都是雙份哦，暖暖的，瞬間感謝之情爆滿。具體説來，附近停車很方便，不會超過五十米，整個六順街吃飯就更便宜方便了，旅人們放心光顧，祝願店主好人一生平安！再次感謝，期望再見。

一家三口經營的一家賓館，第一感覺是經濟實惠，價格非常便宜。店家是典型的東北人豪爽的性格，非常熱情周到，有回家的感覺。一進賓館，主家準備了東北凍梨讓客人吃，除夕晚上還包餃子招待客人，送梨湯飲料，非常有過年的氣氛。賓館離地鐵站五六百米，打車很方便。如果是家庭出遊，為了經濟實惠，感覺是較好的選擇。在哈爾濱玩得也很開心，感覺老工業基地的文化底藴還是很好的。為哈爾濱點贊！為店主點贊！

房間很不錯，老闆和阿姨都非常熱情，我們從上海出發去玩的。尤其是這裏的阿姨非常熱情，我們第一天到酒店就給我們備好了凍梨，有臟衣服阿姨也會幫忙用洗衣機清洗，總體體驗感非常不錯

房間隔音效果太差，隔壁睡覺呼嚕聲都聽得一清二楚彷彿就睡在身旁似的！洗漱間下水道水流聲也挺響的！洗衣房雖有但晾曬平台環境太差！吹風筒並不是房間標配需要到櫃枱問老闆拿！洗漱衞生間連排氣扇也沒有！

就一般吧，哈爾濱太火了，哪哪都訂不到了。
好處就是離地鐵站2號線比較近，三五百米可以走過去。
短處，衞生間的燈壞了，東北旅店普遍不送礦泉水，衞生比較差
