Breakfast ok-need to come early as after 8.30 nothing left,and no top up on the buffet station.Metro
Station 2 blocks away turning to little alley way around the block.
Toilet inside the unit easy to get block.
Lobby need to be separated between smooking area,as its strongly smells cigarettes..

Generally the hotel is good and the staffs are friendly
We checked in on the 21/6/24 and booked for 2 nights .
It was a good and warm experience on checking in.The front desk staff were courteous , and efficient..
There was one smartly dressed plumb young man standing beside the receptionist . We were enquiring about the where/what /when /How of Harbin . On hearing us , he immediately came up to us and started explaining to us .
After dropping our luggages n bags into our family room , we startour city tour, so I requested for help at the front desk.
The man líu hè 刘赫 at the counter was very 👍👍👍
He was very helpful .
As we (3 senior aunties in their sixties/seventies ) were not familiar with the e-calling of Chinese “taxi/grab” ,we requested the front desk for assistance.
Mr 刘赫 immediately and voluntarily went to the roadside to
