I wouldn't say it is easy to find since there isn't any sign of the hotel. I was sent there with didi and couldn't find any and went inside hotel there and found the place at level 20. I think they manage level 20 only. The room was clean and service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Location just across wanda shopping mall, huge mall with a lot of foods at basement level.
Best if they could have better sign outside, it would be easier for people to find the place in the cold weather.
I would recommend to stay here though, cozy room and great service.
24 hours convenience store just below the hotel and food street just beside.

Location is just great. Just a 10min walk to the Harbin West Station and right opposite the main road are the shopping malls and restaurants. Room was comfortable and creatively designed. The receptionist upgraded us to a bigger room with projector.

Double bed is big, but shower no door to block the dry area so after bath is full of water and no floor cloth to wrap dry. Got to be careful if can be slippy. No for family.

very good customer service from the reception. They gave good advice, e.g, the correct app used on how to book the beijing attractions for foreigner . Feel comfort to stay there . Subway or MRT is 200m and alot of food and shopping center below the hotel.

The family suite at this Sky Hotel is truly wonderful. High up in the building, with large windows, you can see the scenery from far away, and it's very bright and spacious.
The location is also excellent, just steps from the subway entrance. There are also numerous restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for taking the kids out for meals and shopping.
The suite was spacious enough for our family of three, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was new, easy to use, and clean.
The staff were very friendly and quick to assist with any requests. This morning, I asked for directions, and they explained them clearly. Any paperwork I needed was also delivered promptly. It was a hassle-free stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I bring my family.
